The team of experts behind LITS
LITS was founded in 2022 in Belgrade as a team of experienced engineers who deliver software companies can rely on. We work in a small, well-coordinated team, so you talk to the people who actually write the code, with no middlemen and no retelling of requirements.
We have been building software since 2014. We have gone from native Android apps to Flutter on every platform, led development teams and run projects through the whole life cycle: architecture, development, release and maintenance.
We have experience working on international projects and with clients from around the world, including Dubai, the USA, France, Spain and Switzerland. We are used to working across time zones and to clear, written communication with teams who are not in the same room.

What clients ask us most often before the first conversation.
How much does a website chatbot cost?
It depends on what the chatbot needs to do: only answer questions from your price list and service descriptions, or also book appointments, take reservations and connect to your systems (calendar, Booking.com, point of sale). Implementing a basic chatbot takes about 2 to 3 working days and costs roughly €500. A chatbot with booking and connections to your systems starts at about €2,000. You get the exact price after a free 30-minute conversation.
How much does an app or custom software cost?
It depends on scope: how many screens and features the app has, whether it runs on iOS and Android or only on the web, and whether it connects to existing systems. We price by estimated working days, and a working day costs €200 to €300, depending on the type of work and its complexity. We use AI tools that speed up development, so there are fewer days. Roughly: a simple app or internal tool starts at about €3,500, and a mobile app for iOS and Android at about €6,000. After the conversation you get a written proposal with clear scope, timeline and price.
How long does development take?
A simple chatbot or automation can be ready in a few days to a couple of weeks. A mobile app or a custom system takes longer, usually one to two months. We split the work into stages, so you see the first results early instead of waiting for the end of the project.
What does AI implementation in a business mean?
It means bringing artificial intelligence into work you already do: answering guest and customer enquiries, sorting and processing messages, building reports, entering data. You do not change how you work from the ground up. AI takes the repetitive part, and your people do what really needs a human.
Does the AI assistant speak Serbian?
Yes. The assistant answers in Serbian and English, and in other languages when needed, for example for guests from abroad. It replies in the language you write in.
What about my clients' and guests' data?
We process data in line with data protection law. Before we start, we agree what data is collected, where it is stored and who has access. The assistant only gets the data it needs for the job.
Can it connect to the systems I already use?
In most cases, yes: Booking.com and channel managers, calendars, point-of-sale and accounting software, Viber and WhatsApp, your website. If something has an API or a data export, it can be connected. In the conversation we check what exactly you use.
Do you provide maintenance and support after delivery?
Yes. After delivery we stay with you: we fix bugs, monitor how the assistant or app performs and refine it based on what happens in practice. We also provide IT support and consulting for existing systems.
