Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026.
This policy explains what data we collect through lits.dev and the chat assistant, what it is used for and who we pass it to.
Who is the data controller
LITS DOO, Braće Jerković 61, Belgrade, Serbia. For any questions about your data, write to lecicITsolutions@gmail.com.
What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and the message you type.
- Chat assistant: the messages you write in the conversation and, if you book a call, your name, email address, a description of your business and needs and, if you give it, the address of your website.
- Technical data: your IP address is used only temporarily, to limit abuse of the chat (number of messages per address). We do not store it permanently.
What we use the data for
We answer your enquiry, book a call, send you an invitation with a video meeting link and prepare for the call. We do not use the data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not build visitor profiles.
Booking and Google Calendar
When you book a call through the chat, an event is created in our Google Calendar with your name, email address and a short description of what you wrote to us, and Google sends an invitation with a Meet link. We use calendar access only to check free time slots and to create that event. We do not read other events or share them, and calendar data is not used for anything else. Our use of data received from Google services complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
External services that process data
- AI model (Google Gemini, Groq or Anthropic Claude): the text of your chat messages is sent to the AI model provider to generate a reply. Please do not type passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data in the chat.
- Google Calendar and Meet: booking the time slot, as described above.
- Netlify: hosting of the website and of the server that handles the chat.
- Google Maps: the map on the page is loaded from Google, so Google may see your IP address and browser data when the map is displayed.
How long we keep data
Chat conversations are not stored on our server; they exist only in your browser while the page is open. We keep contact form messages and calendar events for as long as needed for the arrangement and cooperation, and then delete them, within 24 months of the last communication at the latest, unless the law requires longer.
Cookies
The site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. To measure visits we use Umami Cloud, cookie-free analytics that does not follow visitors across other sites and does not store personal data: it records only the pages viewed, country, device type and button clicks. The “Do Not Track” browser setting is respected.
Your rights
Under the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, you have the right to request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and to withdraw consent. It is enough to write to us at lecicITsolutions@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date of the last change.
